Abstract

Parkour is a high growth lifestyle activity that is rapidly gaining popularity across the globe. Within this practical workshop we introduce some of the fundamental areas of parkour that can be incorporated into the primary physical education curriculum. Using an approach aligned to Meaningful Physical Education we demonstrate how this activity can help meet the aims of our subject.
