Abstract

This chapter rejects a one-size-fits-all approach to decolonising. Drawing from the Learning Innovation for Tomorrow (LIFT) project, the authors present a three-pronged framework: (1) developing a shared understanding of decolonisation, (2) fostering a supportive institutional culture, and (3) designing decolonised learning outcomes and assessments. The chapter presents practical case studies from Marketing, Accounting, and Education to demonstrate how this framework can be applied across various disciplines.
