Abstract

The well-known demographic trends, a trend towards decreasing attractiveness of the banking industry in the wake of the financial crisis and less loyalty of workers by increasing flexibility of working conditions provide the economy with new challenges in human resource management. Against this background, the authors explain and evaluate the experience of the financial markets, with part-time master degree programs for young academics. Your message: This path of personal development is well suited to increase the attractiveness as an employer, to bind with high potential and prepare them for internal key positions
