Abstract
With the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic together with other global crises, there have been increasing questions as to how organizations can respond to the rapid changes in the business environment. The outcome is the recognition that there is a need for greater agility of operational activity while also being economically sustainable, which encompasses increased access to a talented workforce. At the same time, the potential talent pool has also changed and shifted its emphasis and priorities. Businesses in this area need to anticipate these trends and respond to them.
