Abstract

Dr Jane Monckton-Smith talks about her extensive research in homicide, stalking and coercive control, detailing a typical 8 stage chronology which may lead to intimate partner homicide. Monckton Smith was commissioned by HM Prison and Probation Service to make this film, focusing on assessing risk assessment in situations where there is a potential risk of intimate partner homicide. It is aimed at practitioners and professionals in the National Probation Service.
