Abstract
30 Min Documentary 'Everyone knows the pain of their shoe size' HOW? LUCKY is a film about Finetown townships's self-proclaimed visionary Lucky Ndlovu. Finetown Township (Johannesburg). Brutal sun, dust, noise. STOP SIGN. Wailing… a slow procession of performers led by a young man in a black bow tie. This is R.E.L.A.Y. Real Entertainment Lived By Artist Youth The bow-tied, 21-year old, is LUCKY, it’s founder. HOW? LUCKY, is about the extraordinary Lucky Ndlovu, who set up R.E.L.A.Y. as a 12 year old. He sees himself as a chosen one, born to help others reveal their ‘little lights’ but who struggles with his own darkness. Whilst days are spent physically walking round and round the same dusty tracks, his mind is soaring with possibilities.
