Abstract

Billingham asked to adjudicate for the 'Midlands Movies Awards 2020', Leicester, UK. Other adjudicators: James Luxford (journalist/critic); Cassie Smyth (founder and manager at Birmingham Young Filmmakers Network); Becky Adams (founder of social enterprise film company Screen Northants with Paul Mills, 2015); Dharmesh Rajput (head of cinema for the Birmingham Indian Film Festival and lecturer in Media Production at Birmingham School of Media, BCU) and Michael Sales (editor of Midlands Movies which showcases a diverse range of filmmakers, movies, cast and crew from across the region’s film community).
