Abstract

This artwork was created using the process used to make neon, applying heat to bend glass tubes. Normally electrodes would be added and then the forms would be pumped with gas and electricity to become a light source. However this piece celebrates the purity of the glass and is a loop where the material twists and bends back upon itself. The title eludes to something being inside the tubes and is a nod to ideas of connectivity and interaction.
