Abstract

This updated guidance covers 3rd party copyright, Creative Commons licenses, permissions, moratoriums and embargoes. There is a brief explanation of the legislation that applies to digital non-commercial publishing in the UK Higher Education sector. A consent form is available to download; this form is also used to request a moratorium or embargo.
