Abstract
Glaxo Pharmaceuticals is a company of over 5,000 employees located on four main sites in the UK. In recent years a number of initiatives have been made in providing computerised solutions to training needs - training in marketing, production, management and the use of computers. These training modules use a range of technologies to provide heuristic interactive learning for company employees and customers, and it is these that are the subject of this paper.
