Abstract

Artists have long looked to myth, proverb and folk tale as thematic repertoire and contemporary artists continue to address and reinterpret collective visual and verbal narratives in highly individual ways. This exhibition presents a number of Ken Kiff’s (1935 – 2001) Sequence Paintings, on loan from a private collection, alongside works by Stephen Chambers, Anne Buchanan Crosby and James Fisher.
