Abstract

Photographic work was exhibited In 'Bidibibodibiboo', Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Torino, Italy, (31 May – 2 October 2005). This exhibition Bidibidobidiboo bought together works of artists who made the history of contemporary art from the eighties onwards, among them were Doug Aitken, Matthew Barney, John Bock, Angela Bulloch, the Chapman brothers, Tony Cragg, Thomas Demand, Andreas Gursky Mona Hatoum, Damien Hirst, Gary Hume, Anish Kapoor, William Kentridge, Barbara Kruger, Sarah Lucas, Paul McCarty, Reinhard Mucha, Shirin Neshat, Gabriel Orozco, Gregor Schneider, Cindy Sherman, Sam Taylor-Wood and the Italians Stefano Arienti, Simone Berti, Maurizio Cattelan, Giuseppe Gabellone, Luisa Lambri, Diego Perrone, Paola Pivi, Grazia Toderi and Patrick Tuttofuoco. There was an illustrated bilingual (Italian / English) catalogue edited by Francesco Bonami. It included an interview of Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo by Cesare Cunaccia, an essay by Francesco Bonami, a chronology of the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation and the biographies of the artists in the collection.
