Abstract

The knowledge transfer partnership collaboration between Beacons Business Interiors Ltd and the University of Gloucestershire provided the company with the opportunity to optimise their business processes. In particular, the project aimed to take advantage of current information systems and to leverage additional benefits through new on-line reporting systems and improved systems and data integration.
