Abstract
This guidance covers 3rd party copyright, creative commons licenses, permissions, moratoriums and embargoes. There is a brief explanation of the legislation that applies to digital non-commercial publishing in the UK Higher Education sector. An consent form is available to download, this form is also used to request a moratorium or embargo.
