Abstract

This Rapid Evidence Assessment was commission by the Metropolitan Police Service to examine the use of Restorative Justice and Restorative Practice in two areas of interest that are germane to contemporary policing: tackling Youth Violence, and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). This document is a guide to the Rapid Evidence Assessment (REA) process, detailing the methodological stages undertaken to collect, organise, and analyse the data. It is a companion document to the main Rapid Evidence Assessment document, which provides the findings from the assessment.
