Abstract

This paper examines the various uses of simulation for education and training which involve the exploitation of the computer for the running of all or part of the simulation. The development of this form of simulation can be seen as a part of the growth in computer based training (CBT) in recent years, which has been given renewed impetus by recent advances in the micro computer field.
