Abstract

'I came to Enoch's wonderful text purely from a perspective of biblical interpretation but wanted to take the imagery to another level of understanding by moving from the static nature of word to the transcendental nature of painting.' This led to a project to paint 21 large paintings on themes and imagery from 1 Enoch.
